Medical Emergency, Police, or Fire
In case of Fire or Medical Emergency dial 911. Please familiarize yourself with the nearest fire exits. Report fire or smoke to hotel staff. In the unlikely event of a fire, please move quickly and calmly to the nearest safe exit and evacuate the building.
Safety and Security
For additional security utilize the deadbolt provided on your door lock. As an additional precaution please secure secondary lock provided. Do not admit anyone to your room without first making identification. A one way viewer is provided in your door to assist with identification. If there is any doubt about the person’s identity, please contact the front desk. Hotel employees can be verified by calling the front desk. Please report any suspicious activity malfunctioning locks, or safety concerns to the front desk.
Vehicle
Please do not leave valuables locked in your vehicles. We are not responsible for Items that are lost or stolen.
Sundry Store
Beverages, snacks, personal items, and electronics are available in the lobby, open 24 hours.
Business Center
Our business center is located on the lobby level across from the front desk and open 24 hours. You must be 16 or older or accompanied by an adult. We offer internet access and printing. Please no food or beverages in the Business Center.
Fitness Center
Located on the first level – open 24 hours. Minors aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. A water fountain is available in the gym.
Pack and Plays
Pack and plays are complimentary (upon availability). Please make your request with the front desk to have them delivered to your room.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available in our lobby from 6am-9am Monday-Friday and 6:30am-9:30am Saturday and Sunday.
Wi-Fi
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi to all our guests. If you would like to access the Wi-Fi, please select the Guest_BWP network. Then you will be required to enter the password that the front provided you upon check-in or follow on the screen menu. If you have any trouble connecting to the wireless internet, please contact the front desk for support.

We honor the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (chips only, no prepaid credit cards/gift cards accepted).
Housekeeping
Our Housekeeping department can provide additional bedding, cribs, towels and bathroom amenities. Hours of operation are 8:00am-4:00pm. NOTE: If you leave the Do not disturb sign
on your door, housekeeping will not service your room unless requested by 2:00pm. If you require additional amenities after 4:00pm please contact the front desk. Generally, we will honor your request for privacy, but we do reserve the right to enter the room after 24 consecutive hours of no service for safety, security and maintenance.

No illegal firearms are allowed on the premises. Contact the Front Desk if you have any questions.

We have personal care items available at the front desk free of charge, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, etc.

Ice machines are located on third and fifth floors hallway towards the right side of elevator. Vending machines are located in lobby.
Lost & Found
If you have lost an item anywhere around the hotel please inquire with the front desk. We hold all lost and found items for 30 days.
Scan & Email Services
We are able to scan, email, and fax documents for you complimentary at the front desk. Please remember to utilize our business center for any printing or computer needs.

Additional Services
We have an ATM machine on property that Is located in the lobby of the hotel. You can also utilize our outgoing mail services; please drop off all outgoing mail at the front desk Mon-Sat by 10:00am.
Pet Policy
We allow some pets on the property which includes service dogs. See Service Animal and Pet Policy more details. Guests with undeclared pets are subject to fines up to $250 per night.
Guest Laundry
Located on the first floor right by the fitness center. Laundry hours are 8:00am to 10:00pm. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available for purchase at the Sundry Store located in the lobby. Quarters area available at front desk.

Carbon Monoxide is a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas, and exposure can be fatal. Your room is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector.
Symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure may include:
• Headache
• Fatigue
• Weakness
• Nausea
• Shortness of breath
• Confusion
• Vomiting
• Blurred vision
• Dizziness
• Loss of muscle
• Loss of consciousness
• Collapse

What to do if a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding or if you experience any symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure:
• Never ignore a carbon monoxide alarm that is sounding.
• Immediately move outside to fresh air.
• Advise the hotel front desk.
• Call 911, emergency services, or the Fire Department.
• Do a head count to check that all people in your party are accounted for.
• Do not reenter the premises until the emergency service responders have given you permission.
