  • In order to register at the hotels,  you must be at least 18 or older.
  • All guests must confirm reservations with a valid credit card.
  • Upon registration, all guests who are staying in the room must be identified.
  • Every registered guest is responsible for any and all damages that occur in the room, including violations of no smoking policies.
  • Anyone who disrupts the peace, quiet and enjoyment of any other guest will be subject to ejection without a refund. Depending on the circumstances, police will be called.
  • Only a Maximum number of four occupants are permitted in a guest room. If you have guests, please use our lobby or common areas.
  • Charge of up to $500.00 or more may be levied if found damaging hotel property and tempering with life safety equipment and endangering and threat to life of self and other guests of the hotel.
  • No noise and no party policy: Any disturbance to other guests and violation of Hotel rules and Policy may invite a charge of up to $200.00 and eviction from Hotel room.
  • We are a 100% smoke-free hotel.
  • No Smoking Policy: A charge of up to $250 may apply if found violating and disrespect to Hotel Policy.
    Our hotel has an extensive parking lot, with over 65 spaces allotted to guests at no charge. If you are bringing an over-sized vehicle overnight there is a $15 parking charge.
  • Service Animals: We welcome Service animals (dogs only). No emotional support animals permitted. Undeclared pets will result in fines and cleaning fees up to $300 per occurrence. If a guest’s service animal causes damages to a guest room, the hotel is permitted (by law) to charge the same fee for damages as charged to other guests. Service animals must be under the control of their person AT ALL TIMES in order to be allowed to accompany their person into the hotel. Service animals cannot be left alone in hotel rooms when their person leaves. If you have specific questions about staying with service animal, reach out to the hotel staff directly.
  • Pet Policy: Small pets (dogs only) only – under 15lbs – maximum 2 pets per room are allowed. Pets must be declared at check in process or before your arrival at the hotel. Pet fee of $25 per pet per room per day with total $150 deposit for pet incidentals will be assessed. Pet deposit will be returned to the credit card after check out. It may take up to 5 business days for the bank or Credit Card Company to return the funds to the guest’s account. Undeclared pets will result in fines and cleaning fees up to $300 per occurrence. Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest. Pet must comply with local legislation requirements. Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in the guest’s room. Pets must not be left unattended. If guest requires a pet-sitter or pet supplies, they should contact the concierge with advance notice. Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, guest laundry and fitness center of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing their room. Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
