Service Animal and Pet Policy

Service Animals: Only dogs are allowed on property in the form of pets. We welcome Service animals (dogs only). No emotional support animals permitted. Undeclared pets will result in fines and cleaning fees up to $300 per occurrence. If a guest’s service animal causes damages to a guest room, the hotel is permitted (by law) to charge the same fee for damages as charged to other guests. Service animals must be under the control of their person AT ALL TIMES in order to be allowed to accompany their person into the hotel. Service animals cannot be left alone in hotel rooms when their person leaves. If you have specific questions about staying with service animal, reach out to the hotel staff directly.

Pet Policy: Small pets (dogs only) only – under 15lbs – maximum 2 pets per room are allowed. Pets must be declared at check in process or before your arrival at the hotel. Pet fee of $25 per pet per room per day with total $150 deposit for pet incidentals will be assessed. Pet deposit will be returned to the credit card after check out. It may take up to 5 business days for the bank or Credit Card Company to return the funds to the guest’s account. Undeclared pets will result in fines and cleaning fees up to $300 per occurrence. Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest. Pet must comply with local legislation requirements. Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in the guest’s room. Pets must not be left unattended. If guest requires a pet-sitter or pet supplies, they should contact the concierge with advance notice. Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, guest laundry and fitness center of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing their room. Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
